New Spell: All-Encompassing Vision

Illusion
Level: Wizard/Sorcerer 3
Components: V, S
Casting Time: One Action
Range: Personal
Duration: one round/level
Targets: Self
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No

Using this spell, the caster bends the light immediately surrounding his head, drawing it towards his eyes. This effectively grants 360 degree vision. While normally a humanoid could not comprehend so much information coming through his eyes at once, All-Encompassing Vision regulates the flow of information, allowing the caster to sift through it in such a way that is convenient for him. In addition to the obvious benefits, the caster cannot be flanked or be the victim of a sneak attack, so long as he is not completely surrounded and has the ability to move. If the caster meets a gaze attack in this manner, the effect is the same as if he met the creature’s gaze eye-to-eye. Light that would blind the caster that he can see thanks to this spell can still blind him.
