The subject and his gear, at the beginning of his action of next round and lasting until his next action, turns into a being of sheer light, much like an illusion. Physically, nothing seems to change, except that the subject can move through objects at will. The subject can travel, in addition to the directions normally available to him, downwards, though the floor at his normal pace. The only physical sources that can damage a creature affected by this spell are those that deal with primal negative or positive energy, such as those from a flame strike spell. This spell is particularly prized for being one of the few ways to easily travel through walls or cages made from force.

If the spell expires while the subject occupies that same space as another physical object of significant mass, such as a wall or another creature, he is thrown into the nearest available space, taking 3d6 damage per ten feet moved, minimum 3d6.
