Forged by the most holy orders of paladins, these sacred items are coveted by the holy warriors. Only paladins gain any benefit from wearing one of these items, and an evil creature wearing one gains one negative level so long as it dons the helmet.

A paladin that wears a Helmet of Holy Justice has his charisma modifier increased by one for the purposes of his “Smite Evil,” “Turn Undead” and “Lay on Hands” abilities. In all other respects, the paladin has his normal charisma score.
