Twilight Riders

These fiends are mysterious and strange, rare but feared. What exactly they are and where they come from is unknown. They come into this world from briefly existing portals, forming in an instant, spitting out a Twilight Rider and vanishing. Then they ride through this plane, bringing death and destruction wherever they roam. They only stop once they are destroyed, and fight without fear until they are killed.

All Twilight Riders look exactly the same, completely identical down to the last detail. At least several different Twilight Riders exist, at one point there has been documented to be three of them in this world at a time. They are pale, almost the color of the moon, and have distinctly elfish features. They wear black cloaks and ride black horses, spewing smoke as they ride.

Twilight Riders seem to desire only bloodlust and chaos. They tend not to plan too far ahead, preferring to simply kill whatever is in sight. They do not ally themselves with other creatures and have not even demonstrated the ability to speak.
