Dugax’s Adventuring Kit
A set of items created by the powerful gnomish wizard and cleric, Dugax, for personal profit. He can be found in bigger cities, happily mixing a potion or helping a customer. He is a very pleasant fellow, and always eager to make a sale. He advertising this adventuring kit, his trademark product, as “A little of everything, in case the worst should happen.” Dugax is completely neutral, and does not much care what type of person buys his items. The kit contains all of the following items.
Dugax’s All-Purpose Protection Powder
This silver powder is described as “The perfect protection for nasty summoned creatures.” When sprinkled in a circle, this powder creates a “Magic Circle Against Evil, Good, Law and Chaos” effect. Each bottle has enough for five doses.

Dugax’s Safeguard
This simple steel amulet is usable one time only, by speaking a command word that is inscribed on the back. When spoken, the user gets the effects of the following spells, as though they were cast by a ninth level caster: Spell Resistance, Mage Armor, Shield and Resist Energy (of whatever type the buyer wanted when making his purchase.)

Dugax’s Coin
This coin looks like a simple gold piece, but it is in fact used to enhance a weapon. When broken (a free action) the user’s weapon is gains the following qualities: Align Weapon, as the spell by a third level caster, and one of the following weapon enchantments: (whatever type the buyer wanted when making his purchase) Flaming, Frost or Shock, lasting for nine rounds.
