Lightning Stalker
These strange elementals are created on occasion during the process of creating a golem. When a spellcaster is not as careful as he should be or has substandard choice of materials, sometimes the creative energy involved can leak. If this energy is mixed with lightning, a Lightning Stalker can be created. Recently, a handful of casters have begun making Lightning Stalkers intentionally, without making another golem in the process.

Lightning Strike: The Lightning Stalker releases three lines of electricity, hitting any three creatures within thirty feet of the elemental. The elemental must make ranged touch attacks (at +17) to hit. Each line of lightning deals 5d6 lightning damage.
Metal Attach: A Lightning Stalker may attach itself to any metal within fifty feet as a standard action. If the metal is being held by a creature, it may make a reflex save (DC 24) to avoid.
Jump: A Lightning Stalker can jump up to fifty feet as a move action.
