The caster creates a veil of illusion around himself which responds to the expectations of those observing. All who see the caster recognize him as an average member of the race they expect to see, typically the one that is dominant in that area. This illusion is crafted by the mind of the observer, so no two will see the caster the same.
Observers are allowed a saving throw, but only if they closely observe the caster with scrutiny. Observers may speak with the caster and not make a saving throw, however if they closely examine his appearance and are skeptical they may attempt to disbelieve the illusion.
