You create a part of the lower hemisphere of a sphere, essentially creating a large bowl of force, any color you desire. The walls of the bowl are three feet high, but with a conscious effort upon casting the spell they can be either heightened or lowered (to a maximum height of creating a complete bubble.) Smaller casters, such as Halflings lower the bubble’s walls so other of their kind can get in. One point of Damage dealt against the bubble dispels it. Arrows fly through the bubble without damaging it, though they can still hurt those who are inside.
With a thought, the caster can move the bubble in any direction, including upwards. The bubble is treated as a creature with a move speed of 50. It can run and move at four times this speed, but the caster looses actions for the round just as though he were himself running. Wind has no effect on the bubble.
