Ligiyan
Ligiyans are strange creatures from another world. Their true nature is mysterious, they appear as creatures of pure light and energy. Most sightings describe them as floating down from the sky in a beam of white light, landing near a village. The village is most certainly doomed, whatever they are, Ligiyans are most certainly vicious. They seek destruction and death, tearing apart anything they run across. They do not discriminate between good and evil, the innocent or the guilty. Whatever they kill seems to be coincidental, whatever happens to be in the area is fair game. Note that they do not like to toy with their victims, and simply seem to want to kill, not cause suffering.
Ligiyans do not stay in one place for long. Generally, they kill everything in the area, and as soon as they run out of obvious targets they move on to another plane of existence. Some explorers have managed to follow them and have described a strange alien world of light that these creatures inhabit. If they have a language or biological needs, they are not obvious. Ligiyans always travel and fight alone, no more than one has even been sighted on the same plane at the same time. Ligiyans typically appear in humanoid form, but take leopard or griffon form on occasion, and change to other forms if needed. In all these forms they remain as glowing creatures of energy, and are easily identifiable.

Discharge Of Light: Once per a day, a Ligiyan may discharge excess energy it builds up. All creatures who can see it must make a fortitude save (DC 26) or die. All creatures that make the saving throw take 3d8 fire damage. This attack destroys all unintelligent plant life within twenty feet.
Hold: As a full round action, a Ligiyan may attempt to Hold any creature it can see within sixty feet. This acts as Hold Monster, except with a DC 26 to resist and it lasts for one hour.
Vorpal Slash: A Ligiyan may shift its arm into a blade. This acts as a +3 vorpal slashing weapon that deals 1d8+8 damage.
Energy Resistance 10: All energy damage dealt to a Ligiyan is reduced by 10.
Plane Jump: Three times per a day a Ligiyan may change planes, as the Plane Shift spell. This has a 50% chance of leaving behind a “Plane Fracture.” With a DC 25 spot check or Detect Magic spell another creature can see the Plane Fracture, tiny cracks in the fabric of reality. Casting Plane Shift on a Plane Fracture, or dealing it over thirty points of energy damage, opens a gateway to the world the Ligiyan jumped to. The Place Fracture, or the gateway opened by own, vanished in one day.
Evasion: As the rogue ability.
To The End of the Earth: A Ligiyan can track any creature it has seen with a successful track check (DC 30.) If it succeeds, it knows exactly where, in all of existence, that creature is, and it’s relative condition. If it fails, it may not try again for one day.
Polymorph Self: As the spell, at will.
