Kivesh
Kivesh are bat-like creatures that are concealed in eternal darkness. They travel the land in groups, looking for whatever meat they can find. They have been compared to locusts, they find a source of food, strip it down and leave only bones. They tend to steer away from cities and areas where they will encounter heavy resistance, but if they are desperate enough for food they will take the risk. Kivesh can never be found individually, they immediately die if they are separated too far from the group.
