This spell functions much like “Dominate Person.” It creates a psychic link between the caster and the subject. The subject must follow any mental orders the caster gives (a standard action) and understands them all, even if they do not share any common language. The caster can give the command “act normally” and allow the target to continue with his daily routine.
What differentiates this spell from “Dominate Person” is that the target must follow all commands given. Even commands “against his nature” do not allow the subject another saving throw. The caster can even command the subject to commit suicide and he must do so without a saving throw.
