A thin, white wire runs between the two selected targets (either which can be a person.) No physical force can break this wire. A creature who is targeted and fails his save is attached to the other target. The wire is as long as the caster wants it to be upon casting, with a maximum of fifteen feet and a minimum of the distance between the two targets. If the two targets are allowed saving throws, a success on either one will negate the spell.

Creatures attached to objects cannot move more than the distance of the wire from the object for the duration of the spell, and are subject to the natural implications thereof. A creature attached to a bolder that is then pushed off a cliff would have to either stop the bolder from falling or be pulled off the cliff himself, for example.
