Cran-fals

Cran-fals are hunters from another world, said to have once had a great and mighty civilization. It is said that their civilization was built on the concept of hunting, and to further find challenging prey they built a series of portals to various worlds. The stories go that their society shattered in a day, when their parliament decreed that they were the greatest hunters in the universe, and the only worthy prey was one another. The Cran-fals turned against one another, many of their strongest warriors being overwhelmed by others of their kind, and the survivors fled through the portals before they crashed and were destroyed. Cran-fals legend speaks of a portal that survived, but its location is unknown, and is certainly in a dangerous world.

Cran-fals’ skin is usually white and dirty, tightly stretched across their bones. They have a mass of red tentacles flowing from their head, much like hair. The tentacles grow one inch per a year, and Cran-fals measure each others’ abilities by the length of these tentacles. Cran-fals are fond of decapitation, and usually bring the heads of their prey back as trophies.
