If a creature takes a move action and then attacks you (including charging you) the attack falls right through you and does not affect you. You are considered the be incorporeal with a 100% miss chance to any such attacks. “Ghost Touch” weapons, and attacks from incorporeal creatures, are not affected by this spell.
