So long as you are under the effects of this spell, anything you touch is affected by a “Dispel Magic” spell, as though you are the caster. You may willingly allow certain targets to not be affected (and therefore it is assumed that your gear is unaffected unless you specifically want it to be). If you touch a creature, all of his gear is also assumed to be affected (unless you specifically designate otherwise.) You can decide to target any number of specific items help by a target that you touch.
